IPTV delivers live TV over your internet connection instead of a cable or satellite line, so there is no dish, no coaxial outlet and no set-top box rental. TiviLeaf carries 21,900+ live channels and streams them to a device you already own — a Fire TV Stick, a Samsung or LG smart TV, an Apple TV, a Roku, an Android phone or a Windows PC.
Our IPTV service works on almost all modern devices including Smart TVs, Android TV boxes, Amazon Firestick, iPhone, Android phones, tablets, Windows PCs, Mac computers, MAG boxes, Formuler, and more.
For the best viewing experience we recommend: 10 Mbps for HD streaming and 25+ Mbps for 4K streaming. A stable connection ensures smooth playback without buffering.
One device at a time on the standard plan. Two-device and three-device plans are available on every subscription length, and you can install TiviLeaf on as many devices as you like — the limit is how many stream at the same moment, not how many are set up.
Yes — a free 4-hour trial, counted from the moment you first sign in rather than from when you request it. That is enough to check that your channels are there, that playback is stable on your connection, and that your device works before you pay anything.
Activation is usually complete within minutes and no later than one hour after payment is confirmed. Your login details arrive by email as soon as the account is ready.
21,900+ live channels, including the Canadian networks most people are checking for: TSN and Sportsnet, RDS and TVA Sports in French, and CBC and Radio-Canada. Beyond Canada the lineup covers US, UK and international channels across sports, news, kids and entertainment.
Yes — 60,000+ movies and 16,000+ series on demand, included with every plan at no extra cost. The on-demand library sits alongside the live channels in the same app.
Buffering is almost always a connection problem rather than a server one. Allow roughly 10 Mbps per HD stream, 15–25 Mbps for Full HD and 50 Mbps or more for 4K. A stable 30 Mbps connection outperforms an unstable 500 Mbps one, because consistency matters more than headline speed.
Yes — 18 step-by-step guides, one per device: Fire TV and Firestick, Samsung, LG, Apple TV, Google TV and Chromecast, Roku, Android, iPhone and iPad, Mac, Windows, Xbox, PlayStation, Nvidia Shield, MAG boxes, Xiaomi, onn, X96 and TiviMate. Most take under five minutes.
We recommend popular IPTV players such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, XCIPTV, and GSE Smart IPTV, depending on your device.
Yes. There is no location lock, so the same subscription works at home, at a cottage or while travelling. The only limit is simultaneous streams — one on the standard plan, two or three on the multi-device plans.
Four lengths: $9 CAD for 1 month, $24 for 3 months, $59 for 1 year and $99 for 2 years, each available for 1, 2 or 3 simultaneous devices. Everything is included at every tier — the price changes with length and device count, never with the channel list.
Renew any time by contacting support at [email protected] or through live chat. Renewing before your end date keeps the same login and the same settings, so nothing needs reinstalling.
We accept Interac e-Transfer on every plan, and cryptocurrency on terms longer than one month. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Yes — you can move from 1 device to 2 or 3, or extend from monthly to a longer term, at any point. Contact support at [email protected] and the change applies to your existing login.
Playback stops until you renew, but your account is not deleted. Renewing restores the same login, so you do not reinstall the app or re-enter your Xtream Codes details.
Refunds are not automatic. TiviLeaf is a digital service and access starts at activation, so a refund is not generally required once a plan is running, and accounts bought at a discounted price are strictly non-refundable. Other requests are reviewed case by case — email [email protected] and we will look at your situation.
Email [email protected] or open the live chat on any page of tivileaf.com. Support is available in English and French.
Yes. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you.
Yes — channels and servers are maintained continuously, and you do not need to do anything for it. Updates apply to the service itself, so there is no app update to install and no playlist to re-import.
Report it to [email protected] or through live chat with the channel name, and we will restore it or point you to an alternative feed carrying the same content. Before reporting, it is worth trying one other channel — if several fail at once the cause is usually the connection rather than the stream.
Yes. Send the channel name to [email protected] and we will tell you whether it is already in the 21,900+ lineup under a different name, and add it where we can.
New titles are added weekly to a library that already holds 60,000+ movies and 16,000+ series. Updates arrive automatically — nothing to download and no version to install.
